I have used Upside Down many times over the past 2 years. I have found no job too big or too small for them. They have checked off all of my honey-do list (my husband loves this!) and completed larger jobs like replacing rotting wood and a complete renovation of my railing inside the home. Also, they have completely renovated my neighbor's garage into a beautiful in-law suite. Truly stunning with attention to detail. Ralph, the owner, recommends the best way to get the job done and offers options to lower the cost of the project. His pricing is very competitive. He is honest with integrity and takes a lot of pride in his work. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Project: General Repairs
As a real estate agent for Coldwell Banker's Johns Creek/Duluth office, I represented a neighbor living out-of-state who was going to sell her townhome which needed quite a few repairs and thankfully, she hired Ralph on my recommendation. Not only did he have the technical expertise, but his attention to detail and responsive to my e-mails and/or phone calls made my job overseeing the project a whole lot easier and less stressful. And, both my client and I felt that his charges were quite reasonable for the quality and quantity of the work we needed him to do. I have since hired Ralph to do some work for me personally as I live in the same sub-division, and several of my neighbors have also done the same. In fact, we'll probably keep Ralph fairly busy around here going forward! :-) Needless to say, I give him my highest recommendation.
